All in-stock orders will be shipped within 5-7 business days.

UK Customers

For shippings within the UK, items are posted via Royal Mail and most packages will arrive within 3-5 working days after shipping. Shipping costs are calculated per item. In case you want to purchase more than one item contact us in order to rearrange the delivery cost for you.

International Customers

 

For shippings overseas*, items are posted via UPS for delivery within 3-7 working days for Europe and 10-15 working days for outside Europe. Shipping costs depend on size and weight of the item. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and delivery details.

If you need to expedite your shipping, please email me before placing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.

As all pieces are made by hand, no two pieces will be identical. There will also be subtle imperfections; these include variations in the materials as well as evidence of the making process.

Returns

​

If you are not happy with your item, please let me know within 3 days of receiving at info@karinasmagulova.com . You will get a refund for the item's cost but no shipping or return postage.

Refunds are only acceptable if your item is unused and returned in the same conditions of delivery.

​

Private commissions and custom made pieces cannot be returned.

 

In case items are damaged in transit, please email info@karinasmagulova.com within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with attached evidence photos. I will come back to you as soon as possible.
